Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 9/22/25

We at Wellness on Wheels are working to make our siteaccessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG 2.1  guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of AA. This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use.

As part of our ongoing accessibility efforts, we have:

  • Used the Accessibility Wizard to identify and correct potential accessibility issues.

  • Set the language of the site to improve compatibility with assistive technologies.

  • Defined clear content order and logical heading structures across all pages.

  • Added descriptive alternative text to images.

  • Implemented color combinations that meet required contrast standards.

  • Reduced the use of motion and animations for user comfort.

  • Ensured all videos, audio, and downloadable files are accessible.

We are continually working to improve accessibility and welcome feedback to ensure our site meets the needs of all users.

Accessibility arrangements in the organization

In addition to our website efforts, Wellness on Wheels is committed to making our services accessible in practice. As a mobile IV therapy provider, we deliver care directly at clients’ homes, workplaces, or preferred locations — reducing the need for travel and ensuring greater accessibility.

Our team will make reasonable accommodations for clients with mobility, vision, or hearing challenges, including:

  • Providing services in wheelchair-accessible areas of the home or office.

  • Adjusting communication methods (verbal, written, or digital) based on client needs.

  • Allowing the presence of a caregiver, interpreter, or support person during services.

Clients are encouraged to let us know of any accessibility needs when booking, so we can make appropriate arrangements in advance.
