Refund Policy

Effective Date: 9/22/25

At Wellness on Wheels, we are committed to providing high-quality mobile IV hydration, vitamin injections, and wellness services. Because of the nature of our services and medical preparation required, our refund policy is as follows:
 

1. Service Refunds

  • All services are non-refundable once treatment has been administered.

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes, as individual results may vary.

  • If a provider determines that treatment cannot be safely administered (for medical reasons), a refund or rescheduling will be offered.
     

2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Pre-paid services may be credited toward a future appointment but are generally non-refundable.
     

3. Memberships & Packages

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.

  • Unused services within a membership cycle do not roll over to the next month.

  • Memberships may be canceled with a 14-day written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • In the event of a medical condition that prevents continued participation, membership cancellation will be honored, but past payments will not be refunded.
     

4. Retail Products (if applicable)

  • Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

  • Opened or used products are non-refundable for health and safety reasons.
